Colleyville Police booked 20 people during the week of Aug. 14–20.

Charges included DWI, drug possession, unlicensed weapon carrying and an immigration detainer, according to booking records published by LocalNewsOnly.com.

Wednesday, Aug. 19, was the busiest day with seven arrests. Tuesday, Aug. 18, produced four bookings, three of them DWI-related.

DWI charges

Three Grapevine residents were arrested on DWI charges Aug. 18. Seth Charles Kelly, 26, was booked for DWI and released on a promise to appear after booking notes indicated he blew below .08 at the time of release.

Samuel Arthur Stevenson, 37, faced a charge of DWI second offense and was released on county cash bond. Megan Elizabeth Suhr, 37, was charged with DWI and criminal mischief ($100–$750) and also released on county cash bond.

A fourth DWI-related case surfaced Aug. 19 when Evert Jose Matusalen Labarca, 43, of Irving was held on a Dallas County Sheriff's Office warrant for DWI with a blood-alcohol content of 0.15 or higher.

Drug possession and evidence tampering

At least five bookings involved controlled-substance charges. Scott Ethan Milligan, 33, of Lewisville faced the longest charge list on Thursday, Aug. 20: two counts of possession of a controlled substance (Penalty Group 1/1-B, 1–4 grams), resisting arrest, drug paraphernalia possession, a defective tail light, and fraud involving possession or use of a credit or debit card ($10–$50).

Makenzie Lynn Clowdus, 26, of Oak Point was arrested Aug. 19 on charges of tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on cash escrow.

Weapons and immigration charges

Majd Mohammad Falah, 29, of Fort Worth was arrested Aug. 19 for unlicensed carrying of a weapon. He was released on a promise to appear.

Claudia Orellana Duenas, 33, of North Richland Hills was booked Aug. 14 on a Department of Homeland Security–ICE immigration detainer and a no-driver-license charge. She was transferred to another agency.

Warrant arrests

Several people were held on outstanding warrants from Euless, Grand Prairie, Irving, Mansfield, Haltom City, Dallas County and Fort Worth.

Oscar Alfredo Mendoza, 36, of Dallas was arrested Aug. 19 on four charges including a Euless Police Department warrant alleging forgery of a financial instrument ($2,500–$30,000). He was transferred to county.

Crystal Gail Towle, 48, of Watauga was booked Aug. 20 on a Fort Worth Police Department warrant alleging assault causing bodily injury. She was transferred to county.

All charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
