A Grapevine boutique is planning a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3 p.m. Oct. 23, one of three new businesses that have opened across northeast Tarrant County in recent weeks.

Bucketheads, a family-owned shop with locations in Abilene and Lubbock, opened its third store inside Stacy's Furniture in Grapevine, Community Impact first reported. The boutique sells men's, women's and children's clothing, shoes from brands like Back 70 and Birkenstock, plus home decor, jewelry and gifts.

Marketing and operations coordinator Leasha Noblitt said the store plans to mark the grand opening weekend with food, giveaways and other surprises. In an August interview with Community Impact previewing the store, Noblitt said Bucketheads focuses on personal service and helping customers feel welcome from the moment they walk in.

In Southlake, Game Show Studio opened Sept. 12 inside Red Door Escape Room at 280 Commerce St., Suite 285. The studio lets groups of up to 16 compete in game-show-style challenges like Survey Showdown and Wheel of Wonder, each led by a trained host.

A full hour-long episode costs $37.95 per person. The studio offers 13 game options, and smaller groups can join sessions that have already met the minimum player count. Red Door Escape Room runs the location.

In Colleyville, neurologist Dr. Babak Rezaei opened NeuroSync Diagnostics, an ambulatory electroencephalogram (EEG) provider and sister business to his practice, A&B Neurology. The clinic handles remote brain scanning in-house rather than outsourcing it to third parties.

"Other companies get their pay no matter what they do, but this way we are actually responsible," Rezaei told Community Impact in September. "So we actually interact with them and there's much better service to the clients and patients."

Remote EEG testing involves a patient wearing electrodes for 48 to 96 hours so brain activity can be recorded across different environments, which can improve diagnostic accuracy. Rezaei said he plans to expand NeuroSync Diagnostics to work with other neurologists and practices.

Bucketheads' ribbon-cutting and grand opening weekend are open to the public at its Grapevine location inside Stacy's Furniture.
