The Colleyville Senior Center will offer a free interactive workshop on strength training and osteoporosis prevention Friday, Sept. 25, from 9 to 11 a.m.

The session, titled "Maintaining Physical Independence & Combating Osteoporosis," will cover how exercise helps maintain muscle mass, reduce fall risk and support bone health as people age.

The center describes the presentation as educational and interactive, according to its event listing.

Attendees are asked to wear workout attire and bring questions. Preregistration is required.
