The Latte Factory now has two locations inside Grapevine Mills after the coffee chain opened a second store on Saturday, Sept. 26.
The new shop sits in Suite 341, on the opposite side of the mall from the original location near Fan Outfitters.
The expansion puts the brand near Primark, the European discount retailer that opened at Grapevine Mills in December 2025.
A company representative told Community Impact that foot traffic drove the decision. "Demand at our primary location has been strong and expanding near Primark allows us to serve shoppers on the opposite side of the mall," the representative said in an email.
The chain's menu features lattes, matcha, tea, energy drinks, frappes, snacks and pastries.
Latte Factory operates locations at Simon Property Group malls across the country, including Allen Premium Outlets in Allen and North East Mall in Hurst.
Both Grapevine Mills stores are at 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway in Grapevine.
