Southlake police booked 11 people between Saturday, July 25, and Friday, July 31, on charges ranging from DWI to evading arrest with a vehicle.

According to booking records published by LocalNewsOnly.com from Aug. 4, the week's most serious incidents came on July 25, when officers made two DWI arrests and one evading-arrest case.

Luke Christopher West, 20, of Dallas, faces charges of driving while intoxicated and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle or watercraft, according to the records. Officer Eustace made the arrest, and West was transferred to Tarrant County custody.

Raymundo Trejo Martinez, 43, of Justin, was arrested by Officer Janowczyk on a charge of DWI – 2nd offense. He was also transferred to Tarrant County.

Tarin Romell Sidney, 55, of Dallas, was booked that same day on a pedestrian infraction for walking on a roadway where a sidewalk is provided. He was released on credit time served.

Sunday brought drug, theft and trespass charges

On Sunday, July 26, officers booked four people. Charles Edward Davis III, 22, of Euless, was arrested on a drug paraphernalia charge plus outstanding warrants from Grapevine PD for speeding (49 mph in a 35 mph zone) and from Bedford PD for speeding and violating a promise to appear.

Rohin Rahul Patel, 22, listed as homeless, was arrested on a theft charge and released on a promise to appear. Tanmay R. Patel, 27, of Southlake, was booked on a criminal trespass charge and transferred to Tarrant County custody. Edgar Robles Lopez, 24, of Roanoke, was arrested for driving with a license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.

Monday through Friday bookings

Zorba H. Yunus, 25, of Grapevine, was arrested Monday, July 27, on charges of public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thursday, July 30, brought two more arrests. Lindsey Cotton, 38, of Justin, was picked up on a Southlake PD warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to appear. Taylor Aryn Harrell, 33, of Southlake, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, search or transport and violating a bond or protective order.

The week closed Friday, July 31, with the arrest of Matthew James Page Jr., 42, of DeSoto. Page, listed as a truck driver, had three outstanding warrants: an Ellis County Sheriff's Office warrant for theft ($100–$750) and failure to appear, a Waxahachie PD warrant for expired registration, and a Wylie PD warrant for failure to appear and disregarding a red light. He was transferred to Tarrant County custody.

By the numbers

Officer Janowczyk appeared on six of the 11 booking records, the most of any single officer during the period. Four people were transferred to Tarrant County custody. Suspects came from at least eight cities across the DFW region, including Justin, Dallas, Roanoke, Euless, Grapevine, Southlake and DeSoto.

The total is down from recent weeks. The July 18–23 period saw 14 bookings with five DWI arrests, and the July 11–17 window logged 16 bookings, according to the same source.
