The Southlake Women's Club has directed more than $800,000 to Carroll ISD campuses through its School Supply Pack Program.

The organization highlighted that milestone as it opened its 2026-27 season, Southlake Style reported.

The club launched the new year with an "Arrivederci Summer" social in late August at a private Westlake estate hosted by RPG Homes.

The evening included a runway showcase by Southlake boutique The Hue Theory and a keynote from John Israel, founder of the consulting firm Mr. Thank You and author of a book by the same name.

Lisa Cummings earned Member of the Month honors at the gathering for her work on the club's Community Outreach Committee.

The supply-pack program lets Carroll ISD parents order campus-specific supply kits delivered to their doors.

It returned nearly $50,000 to participating schools during the 2025-26 year and provided 65 supply packs to students with financial need.

The club coordinates the sale but keeps none of the money. Every dollar goes back to campuses.

Administrators decide how to spend it. Not every Carroll ISD school takes part; Rockenbaugh Elementary runs its own separate program.

"It is an opportunity to build friendships, become involved in our community and use our collective talents and resources to make a difference," Southlake Women's Club President Minta Kulas said of the organization's mission. "We are excited about the year ahead and the many ways our members will contribute."

Founded in 1985 as Southlake's original women's organization, the club now counts more than 150 members. Across all its programs, it has raised over $3.8 million for women, children and families in Northeast Tarrant County.

Orders for the 2026-27 supply packs closed July 1, with deliveries arriving the first week of August. The club's full event calendar for the new season is available at southlakewomensclub.com.
