A Louisiana-style seafood restaurant has opened at 5409 Colleyville Blvd. in Colleyville.
Cajun Bistro Cafe & Market began serving customers in mid-September, Community Impact Newspaper reported.
The restaurant sources its seafood from Louisiana and offers snow crab, shrimp, crawfish and redfish alongside dishes such as gumbo, étouffée and po' boys.
The menu spans several categories. Pastas come with a side salad and garlic bread. The restaurant also serves appetizers, salads, tacos, entrees and fried items listed as "Fried Panyen" on its online ordering page.
The opening adds to a stretch of commercial activity in Colleyville. The city reached a 96% retail occupancy rate and has distributed more than $7.8 million in grants to local businesses since 2018, according to an economic development update presented in early October, Community Impact reported. The city said 82,989 square feet of construction is underway on previously unused land, with another 175,000 square feet planned.
