Colleyville businesses can apply for up to $2,000 in city-funded grants to cover holiday advertising and marketing through the annual #ColleyvilleGives program.

The city's Economic Development office is accepting applications for the fourth-quarter grant, which awards up to $1,000 to eligible sales tax-generating businesses within city limits, according to the city's program page. Businesses that donate $500 to a local nonprofit can receive an additional $1,000, bringing the total to $2,000.

The program has run since 2018. It awarded $55,000 in 2025 and $556,100 total since its launch, according to an economic development update first reported by Community Impact.

Chelsea Rose, who works in community engagement and economic development for the city, presented that update at the Colleyville City Council's Oct. 5 worksession. She said the city is maintaining a strategy of intentional growth, Community Impact reported.

"People are investing in our town and our town is investing in our businesses," Mayor Bobby Lindamood said, according to Community Impact.

The grants are part of a broader push. Colleyville's retail occupancy rate has climbed to 96%, with overall occupancy at 93%, per the same report. The city has distributed more than $7.8 million in total business grants since 2018, and 91% of Colleyville businesses have fewer than 20 employees.

One retail spot remains on Main Street, in suite 125.
