Southlake will repave a stretch of Division Street through the heart of Town Square starting Monday, Sept. 14.

A city contractor will work on Division Street from Central Avenue to Reserve Street daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Friday, Sept. 25, weather permitting, according to a city notice. The road will stay open during construction, but the city is asking drivers to use caution in the work zone.

The segment runs east-west near McPherson Park, passing the Hilton Dallas hotel and The Cheesecake Factory along Central Avenue.

The paving is the latest piece of the city's 2026 Southlake Town Square Enhancement Repairs program. An earlier phase completed concrete work at three Town Square locations from Aug. 10–28, including the intersection of Reserve Street and Division Street, according to a separate city announcement. A short section of Federal Way was closed for about a week during that round; the other sites stayed open.
